Selection Criteria
In order to enrol on The Volkswagen Group Advanced Apprenticeship Programme, you will need to:
  • Be willing to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Be able to respond to colleagues and work as part of a team.

What Happens After My Training Has Finished?
  • You will be awarded NVQ Level 3, Key and Core Skills Certificates, an Advanced Apprenticeship Completition Certificate and an IMI Technical Certificate.
  • You will have the option to progress your NVQ Level 3 qualification to a Supervisory Management Certificate (depending on ability).
